I think she needs to have her ears cleaned, but I waited until too late in the shift, after she was unnerved by all the activity. I'll try taking a look at the start of a shift, before she begins retreating.

She didn't come out of her cage, but she came to the front of the cage regularly throughout the shift seeking more attention, and she was also looking out into the store and not immediately taking cover when people were looking in.

I saw him eat a small amount of dry food, though it is clear that he greatly prefers wet food. He did eat a few treats as well.

I trimmed Finchley's front claws. She put up with it pretty well, only really squirming a lot toward the end of the second paw, and she quickly forgave me and wanted pets and attention.
Only Scarlet ate the wet food (which was the turkey & liver flavor). Finchley sniffed at it, but she did not eat any.
