Our first Adoption Event! And it was successful! Three kitties found their furrever homes. There are new kitties there, and we're hoping they each find the loving home they deserve. I'll miss the ones who were adopted or who went back to their fosters, but Maltsby and Muffie get a little break and a taste of freedom, while some new kitties might meet their new families.

I love this sweet little man. We got some quality time together, as well with some prospective adopters in the meet-and-greet room. He got a touch rough with Finchley (she playfully attacked him, he started to respond in kind, but responded instantly to being hollared at. No visible injuries) but was mostly his mellow self. He loves the Hills wet food and is pretty vocal, especially when he wants out of his cage.

Very playful. Her true kittenness showed today! She loves to roll and doesn't seem to mind belly scritches. She went home with her new family today, along with Julius (to be renamed Julian, also adopted today) and the resident kitty, Ginger. The adopter told me they may rename her to Morticia.

Was very reluctant to be taken out of her cage, but her hidey space had been blocked off for the adoption event. She was pleasant, though, and receptive to a little petting when in her cage. And especially, before eating.
